We are a community of Tai Chi enthusiasts who share a common interest to learn and promote this ancient martial art form. We are under the direction and tutelage of Master He (Hal), Xiaodong. We practice Yang Style Tai Chi and our emphasis is on health and fitness.
We focus on the fundamentals and gradually progress into more complex movements and forms. We encourage our students to practice at their own pace and to follow the group, as their ability will permit.
You are invited; come and join us. Come for the peace and relaxation. Come to learn the gentle and graceful movement of Tai Chi. Come and experience this timeless “moving meditation” with us.
